• Billy DiMaio Blvd, Holmdel, NJ 07733 is on the PNC Bank Arts Center access road toward the Garden State Parkway off Crawfords Corner Road.
• This is a certified 5K with professional timing. All results will be posted LIVE immediately after each finisher crosses the finish line.
• This is a rain or shine event. All registration fees are non-refundable.

About the Cause

The Billy DiMaio Foundation was created in loving memory of Billy DiMaio, who tragically lost his life in the New Orleans terror attack on January 1, 2025. Billy’s kindness, warmth, and ability to bring people together continue to inspire everything we do.

Our foundation supports individuals, families, and communities across the U.S. impacted by mass violence, helping provide care, resources, and hope in the aftermath of tragedy. Through remembrance and action, we honor Billy’s legacy by standing with those who need it most.

The Billy DiMaio 5K is more than a race — it’s a journey through Billy's life. The course begins at the street sign dedicated in his honor by the Holmdel Township Committee. Runners then pass through Holmdel High School, where Billy not only went to school but discovered his passion for lacrosse. The route continues through the neighborhood where he grew up, along the same streets he trained and pushed himself during workouts. The race finishes back at the street sign, a full circle tribute to his journey, roots, and lasting impact.
