Prepare yourselves for tough hills that will make your legs burn, technical and varied orienteering terrain that demands sharp concentration, and plenty of opportunities to really open up the throttle when the pace increases! Creative challenges will put your minds to the test — every decision counts, and every physical effort brings you both closer together and closer to the finish line.

This category is for those of you who already have experience with adventure racing, or who are looking for a serious physical challenge.

Disciplines: Orienteering, MTB orienteering, team tasks, climbing, and creative challenges.
This category is for lightly experienced participants or beginners to the sport. Your race will be packed with more fun challenges and a shorter distance than the Challenge category.
Team size: 2–3 people
Start time: Saturday, April 25 at 11:00
Winning time: 4 hours
Latest finish: Saturday, April 25 at 17:00
Disciplines: Running, cycling, team tasks, and creative challenges.
The race is part of the DARU Cup, which can be found at the Dansk Adventure Race Union.
Personal license: Everyone participating in the Challenge category in a DARU Cup race must have a personal license.
The license is valid for one year and applies to all DARU Cup races. This means that once you have obtained a license, it is valid for the rest of the season.
You will automatically be assigned a license when you register.
