We’re BAAAAAAAAAAAACK! Not a series this time, but the Rotorua Mountain Bike Club in collaboration with Cycling New Zealand and Crankworx Rotorua is running a Giant 2W Enduro on Sunday 22nd March 2026 and it’s going to be epic!
The LONG COURSE race will be held as part of the 2026 New Zealand National Mountain Bike Championships, while the SHORT COURSE will be an opportunity for those to race without Nationals pressure, focusing on good vibes and fun.
Like the 2W of old, courses will remain a closely guarded secret until the week leading up to race day, but expect a bit of tech, flow and an epic day out in Whakarewarewa and Titokorangi forests.
The Giant 2W Long Course Enduro will be between 6-9 stages in length and will be the race to determine our New Zealand National Enduro Champions for 2026. It will also be a round of the New Zealand Enduro Series.
Entry Cost - $200.00 NZD plus 5.5% transaction fee
Please note thanks to Mountain Bike Rotorua this includes free shuttles on the Official practice day of Saturday 21st March 2026. Riders must have their race plate on their bike to access this.
No UCI licences will be needed for the shorter course Funduro event.
