Southwell Summer Scamper 10K (multi-terrain event)
Organised by Southwell Running Club
Sunday 14th June 2026 9.30am

Southwell Rugby Club, Park Lane NG25 0QN

A beautiful multi-terrain event set in Southwell and the surrounding countryside.

Beginning with a loop around Southwell Rugby Club field, runners will then make their way up Park Lane to Nottingham Trent University - Brackenhurst Campus.

They will pass the main university building and Orangery which provides an excellent area for supporters to watch runners.

Runners will go through the rose garden, and down onto the trails of the campus. Look out for the statue of Lord Allenby on your right.

The trails will lead runners past many conservation areas and projects, before leading the way back towards the university and down the hill to the rugby club for the finish.

The course is undulating, part road, part trail and part grass.

Start and finish is at Southwell Rugby Club

Southwell is well signposted – Just off the A617 through Kirklington or Upton. The race will be well sign posted on the day.

Registration will close on 7th June or earlier if full. Limited on the day entries may be available.

Race numbers can be collected the day before (Saturday, 13th June) at the Rugby Club (Race HQ) or on the morning of the event. Unfortunately, race numbers cannot be posted.

Full details will be provided in the Runners Information email sent a week before the race.
