£10 Children's entry (One fee covers both events)

Bike bib number (with integrated timing chip). This will be allocated to you at the registration desk.
Event village with food and drink stalls and entertainment
Electronic timing and online live results

Race Start Times and Distance:

· The adults 50 mile sportive commences at 7am

· The first free- wheeling leisure ride scheduled to start from 9am

· The first children's on-field event scheduled to start from 9:30am

· The first adults on-field event scheduled to start from 11am

· The relay events scheduled to start from 1pm

· Event scheduled to conclude 2:30pm

· (NB: All timings are approximate and have potential to overrun)

Registration Details:

Registration is ONLINE ONLY. This registration platform is available via web browser or mobile device until 6:45 AM on the morning of the events.

Transfers, Deferrals and Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or deferrals for any of our events. We are a charity fundraising event and the surplus from our events are shared between our nominated charities.

We do however have a very generous transfer policy.

If you wish you may transfer your place to another cyclist at any time prior to the race - however you must let us know. The easiest way to do this is by using your "self-service" link in your confirmation email - if you can’t find your confirmation email, send us an email at timing@racesonline.uk and we will resend it to you.

If you are unable to cycle because you are pregnant or postpartum, have recently had surgery or another reason that is life altering, you can defer your place to one of the following three years or offer you a full refund.
