Modifications, transfers and cancellations:

If needed, you can transfer your entry to another person. Entry fees are non-refundable, but you may change categories according to the price difference. For any registration changes, please contact events@winterwarrior.fi.

Paying with Sports Benefits:

It's currently possible to pay the entry fee using the Epassi sports benefit. We are also about to deploy Smartum Pay and Edenred as other options. We will announce separately when these options are available for use.

General info about paying with Sports Benefits:

• The sports benefit is personal and can only be used for entry fees. It cannot be used to pay for other people's entry fees or to purchase merchandise.
• You can pay the entry fee entirely or partially with a voucher code obtained in exchange for sports benefits. This code should be entered in the “Voucher” field on the registration form.
• Please note that you cannot directly pay with sports benefits on the registration form. Follow the instructions below for the correct procedure.

Payment instructions:

1. Make a Prepayment in the Sports Benefit Application: Search for ”Winter Warrior Finland 2026" as the payment recipient in your sports benefit application. Pay only your entry fee or a part of it.
2. Email Notification of Sports Benefit Payment: After making the prepayment, send an email to events@winterwarrior.fi. Include your name, the payment method used (e.g. Epassi), and the series you wish to participate in.
3. Receiving a Voucher Code: You will receive a voucher code via email within three business days. Please consider this processing time, especially when price tiers change or registration deadlines approach. Ensure you handle the payment well before your actual registration.
4. Complete the Official Registration on Race Result: Enter the voucher code you received in the “Voucher” section of the registration form. You can also pre-order a t-shirt during registration, which is payed via standard online payment.
