Ekstra Food ticket for helpers cost 1000dkkr, must be added in the "tap" "tilkøb".  

The Course

1000 m, which is IAU measured in case records are broken.

400 m of the course is gravel, 600 m is a mix between gravel and sidewalk.

Logistics

Parking is possible near the stadium, ask officials for directions.

All parking has to be according to the rules, particapation in the event will in no way allow the runner or any other person to park illegaly.

Toilets will be available around the course

Runners will have showers available throughout the event.

Tents are allowed in case a runner wants his/her own base, the placing of these, will be given by an official.

Checkin, can be done, 02-09-2027 between the hours 13.00-19.00 at the location of the ceremoni, and 03-09-2027 between the hours 09.00-11.00, by the track.

The Event

The runners try to put as many km behind them as possible, in 48 hours.

During the event there will be different forms of entertainment, between 22-06, it will be expected that a surtain respect will be given to the contestants that wants to sleep. the course will be well lit from 21-07.

Insurance and responsibilities

The runner is in charge of their own insurance, Skanderborg ultra and GOMU can in no way be held accountable for the injuiries any runner or helper get during the race.

The runner is in charge of making sure they are always wearing the chip while running, any laps completed without the chip, wont be counted, no matter what. the runner will at all times make sure they are wearing their number visible in front.

Cancallation

In case the runner is not able to participate, they them selves are in charge of giving the ticket to someone els, the ticket is non refundable, Names can be changed up to 21 days prior to the race.

Force Majeure

In case the goverment demands cancellation or in any way the event has to be cancelled, where Skanderborg Ultra cant be held accountable, there will be no tickets refundable, but the event will be posponed.

If you are unable to compete or participate in the race for what ever reason, the price of the ticket cannot be refunded.
