Join us for the "Living Free with HIV" charity run in Paris on October 18, 2025, marking the grand finale of the 20th European AIDS Conference (#EACS2025)! This 5 km run raises awareness against HIV stigma and discrimination while promoting health, dignity, and equal rights for people living with HIV.

By participating, you support the NGO “Les petits bonheurs”, which helps people living with HIV experience moments of joy and become part of a movement for positive change. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your presence makes a difference!

Event Details:

- Date: October 18, 2025 (Saturday)

- Distance: 5 km

- Location: Start and finish at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.

- Time: Race starts at 14:30

Registration:

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Late registrations will also be available on-site.

- Registration Fee, which directly supports “Les petits bonheurs” and their work with people living with HIV:

10 EUR as regular,
5 EUR as student or community member.

Route:

The race course will be clearly marked by small flags bearing the "Living Free with HIV" logo. These flags will guide you along the entire route, ensuring you stay on track while symbolizing the cause you're supporting. Here is a picture as an example:

Start Number:

You can collect your start number on October 18, 2025, at the information booth located in the front of Palais des Congrès, no later than 10 minutes before the race begins. Please have your name or confirmation email ready for verification. Make sure your start number is clearly visible on the front of your body, and do not remove or bend the timing transponder attached to it.

T-shirts:

Pre-ordered T-shirts can be picked up at the same location in the foyer of Palais des Congrès during the event. Simply provide your name or show your confirmation email. If you forgot to order a T-shirt, you can purchase one on-site. You may also choose to donate to community organizations that fight against HIV stigma and discrimination.

Medals:

All finishers will receive a finisher's medal.

Valuables/Wardrobe:

Please note there are no changing rooms available on-site. If needed, you can use the foyer or the restroom facilities inside the Palais des Congrès to change, and leave your belongings at the information/registration point.

Insurance:

Participants are responsible for their own insurance. The organizer is not liable for any accidents, illness, or theft.

Timing:

Timing will be done using a chip/transponder securely attached to the start number (single-use chip). Timing will be managed by RaceResult equipment. Please ensure you do not bend your start number. Your running time will be recorded as gun time, starting when the race begins and ending when you cross the finish line.
