ALSSUNDMAN is a triathlon event set in beautiful surroundings in and around Sønderborg.

The event is organized by Sønderborg Triathlon Club: STK 90.

On Sunday, September 7th, 2025, participants can challenge themselves with 3 distances at ALSSUNDMAN:

1. A ½ IM distance with 1900 m swimming, 90 km cycling, and 21.1 km running.
   1. A ¼ IM distance with 950 m swimming, 45 km cycling, and 10,5 km running.
2. Duathlon – 10 km running, 45 km cycling, and 5 km running.

The event is conducted under Triathlon Denmark's rules, and official Triathlon Denmark judges will be present. Participation requires either a day license or a 2025 membership/license with Triathlon Denmark.

The participation fee for all distances includes:
• Refreshments during the event.
• Timing for all three disciplines (including lap and transition times).
• Finisher medal.
• Refreshments after the event.

For 2025, in consideration of the environment, the event T-shirt is an optional add-on.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT UNTIL 31.01.2025:

• Long distance: 900 DKK
• Short distance: 700 DKK
• Duathlon: 550 DKK

Prices from 01.07 to 07.09.2025:

• Long distance: 1100 DKK
• Short distance: 900 DKK
• Duathlon: 600 DKK
