Skanderborg Ultrarun
48-24-12 hour run

Dyrehaven 4, 8660 Skanderborg, Central Denmark

Date and Time:

October 17th to october 19nd , 2025

48 hour run starts friday, october 17th 2025 at 12.00, 

24 hour run starts saturday,  october 18th 2025 at 12.00, 

12 hour run starts sunday, october 18th 2024 at 00.00, (starting at midnight, between saturday and sunday) We run with the raising sun!

Finisher t-shirt can be added at a price.

Helpers cost 150dkkr, this incl. Coffee and the.

The Course

1000 m, which will be measured in case records will be broken.

400 m of the course is gravel, 600 m is a mix between gravel and sidewalk.

Logistics

Parking is possible near the stadium, ask officials for directions.

All parking has to be according to the rules, particapation in the event will in no way allow the runner or any other person to park illegaly.

Toilets will be available around the course

Runners will have showers available throughout the event.

Tents are allowed in case a runner wants his own base, the placing of these, will be given by an official.

Starting numbers can be attained 08-10.00 friday, 08-10 saturday and 20-22 saturday, by the starting Info area.

The Event

The runners try to put as many km behind them as possible, in the given time.

During the event there will be different forms of entertainment, between 22-06, it will be expected that a surtain respect will be given to the contestants that wants to sleep. the course will be well lit from 19-07, and between 00-04, there will be soup in the goal area.

Insurance and responsibilities

The runner is in charge of their own insurance, Skanderborg ultrarun 48-24-12 is in no way be held accountable for the injuiries any runner or helper get during the race.

The runner is in charge of making sure they are always wearing the chip while running, any laps completed without the chip, wont be counted, no matter what. the runner will at all times make sure they are wearing their number visible in front.

Cancallation

In case the runner is not able to participate, they them selves are in charge of giving the ticket to someone els, the ticket is non refundable, and tickets cant be switched between distances.

Force Majeure

In case the goverment demands cancellation or in any way the event has to be cancelled, where Skanderborg Ultrarun 48-24-12 cant be held accountable, there will be no tickets refundable, but the event will be posponed.

If you are unable to compete or participate in the race for what ever reason, the price of the ticket cannot be refunded.
