Race route:

Swim: 1,9 km - 2 laps in lake Most

Bike: 90 km - fully closed track, 3 laps

Run: 21,1 km – 3 laps on the asphalt trail

Refreshment stations:

Cycling part:	every 24 km	(water, ionic drink, bananas, energy bar)
Running part:	every 1,5 km	(water, ionic drink,energy gels, bananas, oranges, nuts, Coca-Cola)
