General regulations

On July 6-7, 2024 the International Inline Race on Parabolic track in Soligorsk, Belarus will be conducted in accordance with the World Skate Speed Rules (2023 Edition) as well as this Announcement and further Communications posted in Event Mobile Application.

Participation in the International Inline Race on Parabolic track in Soligorsk, Belarus is open to all Competitors, properly registered through Organizers.

The results of the International Inline Race on Parabolic track in Soligorsk, Belarus will count towards the results of the Open Belarus National Championship. No separate medal ceremony for Belarus Citizens will be conducted only the title.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to enter additional skaters in each category and limit entries in any event in case of too many entries.

The International Training Camp will be conducted before the International Event, starting from June 28, 2024 up to July 7, 2024. The participation in the International Training camp is open for all the participants born on 2014 or earlier.

We invite Coaches to attend the International Training Camp and work under our Professional Coaches supervision to gain more experience with technique, equipment and training tools that Pro Coaches are using to grow the Champions. All additional information about International Training Camp will be posted on Event Mobile Application.

Technical data

Place of the Event: All competition events as well as official practices will take place at the Parabolic 200 meters Roller Track covered by VESMACO 101 SP Professional located in Soligorsk city, Belarus.

Venue address: Str. Naberezhnaya 23, Soligorsk, Belarus.

There are two official languages for the Camp and Race – English and Russian.

Categories, distances, wheel diameter limits

  • In the Fitness categories, only inline skaters with a high (fitness) boot can participate.
  • It is FORBIDDEN to participate in more than one category.
  • The age category will be determined according to the participant's year of birth.
  • In Relays Teams can be mixed, only male or only female.

Equipment

Participants on any type of roller skates are allowed to participate in the event.

For kids categories A-E and all Fitness categories: mandatory equipment with a full set of protection (knee pads, elbow pads, hand pads and helmet).

For other categories: a helmet is required. Full protection kit recommended.

Registration Tent

The Registration Tent of the Organizing Committee will be located at the Inline Track starting at 8:00 on July 6, 2024 and will be open every day until the end of competition. Participating teams and skaters are kindly asked to announce Relay Composition and any changes to their teams as early as possible but at the latest immediately after the end of the first competition day. Insurance/Liability

It is the sole obligation of each participating Competitor, Official or Team Member to provide medical and accident insurance for themselves. Valid Local Medical Insurance is available for purchase on request at info@proskating.by that covers incidents on trainings and competitions (Extreme Sports). Such insurance will assure full medical attendance while staying in Belarus.

The organizer will provide medical emergency aid during the competition. The Organizer holds no responsibility for or liability with respect to bodily or personal injury or property damage incurred in connection incurred by Competitors and Officials.

All participants must be aware that the organizer is not responsible for any injury. Each participant must have health insurance valid in the Belarus.

Results

The Transponder System (RaceResult) will be used to define the time, place and calculate points for final Allround classification for all participants in all age categories. The list of participants, Start lists, Race results and LIVE-results will be available on this website in the appropriate tabs.

Awards and winners

The procedure for determining and awarding winners (prize-winners) 

  • Individual Championship in total allround points over all raced distances (all categories); 
  • Team Championship in the relay races; 
  • Each participant has the right to compete in any of the distances and relay according to the age group limits; 
  • Each competitor is only allowed to compete in one category (e.g. Fitness only or Seniors Women only). 

Winners and prize-winners in all categories are awarded according to the total number of points received after each finished race to become the allround event (all distances of the category, including points races and elimination races) in accordance with the points scored at the distances:

If points are equal: 

  1. The competitor with the best place on individual distance has the advantage; 
  2. The competitor with the best result in the 200m TT has the advantage. 

The participants who have more points over all individual distances will be awarded with Medals and special prizes for athletes on the 1-2-3 places for each age category.

The procedure for reviewing and invalidating sport results in the event of sports disqualification

Sports results of a competition may be reviewed by the Chief Referee in the following cases: 

  • satisfaction of the written protest on the result of the competition; 
  • unsportsmanlike behavior of an athlete, coach, Team representative during the competition (in the presence of factual material, documented, or with the help of technical means of recording); 
  • violations by the athlete of the requirements of NADA, identified during doping control; 
  • violation of competition rules or mathematical miscalculations. 

By agreeing to participate in the training camp or competitions, the participants are aware that they are personally responsible for their health, and in case of injury, they have no claims against the organizers. 

Competitors, Coaches, Team Managers agree to the processing of their personal data by the organizers.

Event Mobile Application

Daily information, results and changes in schedules (training, competition, etc.) will be communicated to the teams on the SPORTITY mobile application.  

This mobile application makes the information delivery faster, contains all relevant information for participants, reduce paper needs and notify participants in case of any changes or urgencies through push notification possibilities. 

The SPORTITY app is available free of charge on Android and Apple systems and is compatible with both tablets and smartphones. The app does not contain promotional materials and is used solely for the purpose of the event!
