Online registration (ends 5'th of May at 23:59):
5 and 10 km race: adult: 100 kr and 75 kr. for children up to and incl. age 14.
3 km race 50 kr. for children up to and incl. age 10.
3 km walk 50kr.

Manual registration 25 kr. in addition.

Manual registration and pick up of starting number in SuperBrugsen Lystrup 7'th of May 16-18 and at race start location 8'th of May 16-17:30. Only Mobilepay can be used.

Everyone who is registrated before 24th of April 2024 is partitioning in a draw for a voucher with a value of 500 kr. at Løberen

Start and finish line

The start- and finish line for Lystrupløbet is close to the club house of Lystrup Fodbold, Indelukket 20.

Toilets, shower and changing facilities are available at the club house.

Join the conducted warm up exercises prior to the race!

Routes

The 10 km route is the 5 km route twice

Officials on the route will guide you, and the route are furthermore marked with arrows.

Timing is accomplished using a chip (tied to one of the shoes).

Prizes

Prices:

•  fastest woman and man on the 5 and 10 km distance

•  the 3 fastest girls and boys on both the 3 km and 5 km distance

•  largest team (online registered)

Medals for all children finishing the 3km and 5 km distance!
