Welcome to the Colour Run hosted by Capel Community Trust and Capel Cheetahs Running Club.

The Colour Run will be held at 2:00pm on 23rd June 2024 at the playing field Capel St Mary, IP9 2XS

The course is laps around the Capel playing field, you can do as many laps as you wish. We welcome all abilities, you can walk, jog or run, it is not a timed event. At various points on the course you will run through paint stations where different colour powder paint will be thrown in the air as you run through.

The run is open to all ages, children under 18 need their parents consent. The run is expected to last approximately 30-45 minutes or until the paint is all used up.

Cost is £10 and includes a white t-shirt for each registered runner, please arrive before 1:30 to collect your t-shirt. Parents can accompany small children if they wish but will not get a t-shirt unless they have also registered and paid.

The powder paint is non hazardous and non toxic. Respiratory or eye protection is not mandatory but each runner (or parents if the runner is under 18) should decide if some protection may be worthwhile.

Hot and cold food and drinks will be available during the event and a photographer will be present

Parking is available in the playing field car park situated off Capel Grove.

St Johns Ambulance paramedics will be on site for any medical issues.
