This race is in honour of our much-loved former Chairman, Stephen Williams.
Stephen was a huge inspiration for the Pacers and a big supporter of parkrun. For many years Stephen showed incredible courage battling Sarcoma and bowel cancer, at times getting back onto the track only days after an operation.
All proceeds after costs of putting on the event will be donated to this year's nominated charity which is East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Could we please remind you that the use of personal audio devices and earphones of any description are not permitted during the race.
There will be a cut-off time of two hours from the start of the race. This means there will be no marshals or support vehicles from this point.
Although there will be one water station on the course, we encourage all competitors to carry their own water during the race.
