We are very pleased to welcome you to the 19. Stienitzsee Open - Artström Run with different installations around the lake. The start and finish will be at the Festplatz/ Sportplatz in Ringstraße in 15378 Hennickendorf. There will also be a Bambini run on the sports field.

Registration / payment

• Registration is exclusively made over Race Results
• Registrations by phone, telefax or e-mail will not be processed!
• Minors can only register with signature of a legal representative.
• Payment of the participation fee can be made by direct debit (one-time direct debit authorisation), bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
• Allowance of participation happens upon receipt of payment.
• The claim for repayment of the participation fees expires upon non-appearance.
• Late entrants: Participants can re-register on the day of the event (as long as the participant limit has not yet been reached).

Registration deadline / late registrations

• The registration deadline is August 31, 2024 at 24.00h.
• Late registrations are only possible on the day of the event, September 7, 2024 from 9.30h to 10.30h (provided that the participant limit is not reached yet). The late registration fee is 5,00 €.

Liability

The organizer rejects any liability to participants, spectators, and third parties. Every participant is responsible of a sufficient training preparation as well as a sport-medical examination of fitness. Participation takes place at the participant’s own danger and risk.

Declaration of participation

Upon declaration of participation I acknowledge the organizer’s exclusion of liability regarding all forms of personal or material damage, as well as lost personal valuables and items. I will not raise claims against the run’s organizer and sponsors, the parish Hennickendorf or its representatives, or owners of private ways or their representatives should the participation in the run cause me harm or injuries. This exclusion of liability also applies to accompanying persons. Every participant is responsible of a sufficient training preparation as well as a sport-medical examination of fitness. Participation takes place at the participant’s own danger and risk. I agree to the disclosure of personal data I indicated during registration. I furthermore agree that photos, film footage, and interviews captured in connection with the Stienitzsee Open can be published in radio, television, advertising, books, photocopies, new media (e.g. internet) without any remuneration. I expressly confirm the correctness of all data indicated by me and insure to pass my starting number on to no other person. (Reference as per data protection act: Their data are stored by machine.) With my signature I confirm my acceptance of the conditions of participation.
