5k £12/£14 - 7pm
10k £14/£16 - 7pm

Entry limited to 300 Participants across both races.

On The day entry will be available at an increased price (unless the event has sold out)

You will need to collect race number & chip on the day at registration

Registration will be from 5pm on The Ashes Playing Field

No Refunds, transfers are allowed up until 7 days before the event .

All runners will receive:

The Route

This route is NOT suitable for prams and/or wheelchairs and is multi-terrain.

This is an attractive course starting in parkland, extending out on to the pathways around the historic market town of Howden and around the local nature reserve of Howden Marsh.
