The Abu Dhabi Cycling Club presents the Daman Al Ain Fondo on Friday 17th December.
A challenging ride of approximately 135km starting and finishing on the Al Ain Cycling Track.
The ride will commence with a neutral section until the riders clear the track at the 9km mark and head towards Al Ain Airport on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street. From the turn around point, riders will head up Airport Street turning right into 138th Street (riders failing to make the Airport Street and 138th Street roundabout which is 35km within 1hr 10minutes will be turned back onto the cycling track and not allowed to continue).
Riders will head along 138th street, turning right into 131st (Shakhboot Bin Sultan Street), heading towards Al Rawdah Palace. Approaching Al Rawdah Palace riders will turn right onto Al Rawdah Road and then right into the desert climb into the farmlands, turning at 72km riders will make there way back to Al Rawdah Palace and then head back along 131st Street towards the cycling track turning left and riding along Hamdan Bin Mohammad Street parallel to the cycling track. Turning right into Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street and then turn right back onto the cycling track and then riding the final 10km on the cycling track to the finish line.

COVID-19 Protocols - To participate in this event competitors over 16 must be vaccinated or have the appropriate waiver. Your ALHOSN app must be showing ‘Green’ with a negative PCR test result having been undertaken within 96 hours of event day.
Competitors under 16, who are or who are not fully vaccinated, are also required to undertake a PCR test within 96 hours of event day.
