This year, the UAE will mark its annual National Day by celebrating 50 years of union between the Emirates.

This monumental milestone is not only about recognising past achievements, but looking forward to the next 50 years as well.

UAE Team Emirates welcome junior enthusiasts to join us in a learn to ride cycling workshop, followed by a ride along with members of the team.

Pre Group Ride we will host a 'Learn to Ride' training session open to children from 4 years to 12 years old.

Join us for the Learn to Ride  1 hour coaching sessions.

Register and choose from the 3 different levels

Brilliant Balance, new to cycling with this session participants will receive an introduction to cycling and focus on the basics of balance and being able to ride unassisted.

Pedal Pusher, this session will focus on technique and bike experience knowledge and practical insights on gear selection, cornering, braking and handling a bike in different conditions.

Crank Master, this session is for the experienced juniors and will demostrate bike handling skils and techniques for group riding whilst maintaing the cyclists riding form and endurance.

Following the coaching session we will join members of UAE Team Emirates and celebrate the 50th anniversary with a group ride.

All participants will receive their accomplishment pins for successfully completing the training session.

LOCATION

HELMETS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL LESSONS.

The ride will commence at the Cycle Park enterance, adjacent to Sports 321 LOCATION MAP

There is amble parking at 321Sports and Circuit X with bathroom and change facilities available with the 321Sports complex.

For partcipants and fans Miles Cafe and Restuarant overlooks the Cycle Park 

COVID-19 Protocols - To participate in this event partcipants over 16 must be vaccinated or have the appropriate waiver.  Your ALHOSN app must be showing ‘Green’. Participants under 16, who are or who are not fully vaccinated, are also required to show 'Green' on the Al Hosn app.
