The St Thomas Virtual 10k can be run anywhere but with the normal social distancing. Please don’t choose a downhill course and the 10k must be a continuous run/jog/walk.

Once completed, submit your evidence to avtimingstaffs@gmail.com and a normal set of results will be published. A fabulous bespoke medal will be sent to you.

The virtual race is open to all, but If you are a member of NSRRA you will then be allocated your normal points.
